Terms

ClockDoc is provided by Grasp d.o.o. in Slovenia. By creating an account you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
The service is free
ClockDoc costs nothing. There is no paid tier, no seat count, no trial that ends, and no feature withheld pending payment. We are not obliged to keep it free forever, but if that ever changes you will be told well in advance and given time to export everything — a change of price will never be applied to an existing account without notice.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password to yourself.
- You must give an accurate email address; it is how account recovery works.
- An organisation's owner controls who has access to that organisation's data.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClockDoc to:
- break the law, or store material that is unlawful;
- attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data;
- resell the service, or run it as your own product;
- upload malware, or use the service to distribute it.
We can suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the time, projects, clients and documents you put into ClockDoc. We claim no ownership of it. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy page.
You can export your data to CSV, Excel or PDF at any point, without asking. If you close your account, export first — deletion is real, and we cannot recover it afterwards.
Availability
We try to keep ClockDoc running and to keep your data safe, but a free service comes with no uptime guarantee. There may be downtime for maintenance, and there may be downtime we did not plan. Keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Provided as it is
ClockDoc is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
ClockDoc produces invoices, quotes and reports from what you enter. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and the numbers it produces are your responsibility to check before you send them to a client or a tax authority.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of ClockDoc. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using ClockDoc and delete your organisation whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or withdraw the service entirely — in which case we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use ClockDoc after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
